Cover Screen Shot
Here is a screen shot of just the first cover idea I made to see if I even liked that banner symbol/image for a masthead and how some type would fit in it. I am pretty set on using predominately Sentinel for the design. I think it is pretty versatile and plus I love slabs, but want to use one that isn't everywhere yet. Plus, it is an update of a classic (Clarendon), so it looks kind of classy. Anyways, here it is. I like it, but it needs some work. I'll upload several explorations in the coming days. Also, I haven't pinned down what I want the content to be exactly yet, but I have some ideas...

ReplyDeleteMaybe your content should be the "imaginary" back story to this image. Who is he? Where did he grow up? What is he contemplating? What is in his bag? What's his history and what happened to lead him to this point?
