Pitertsev

Hey, this is Rand. Sorry, I suppose I should have stated that I am constantly posting any visual inspiration at my tumblr. But that is mostly photography and illustration, so I'll post on this blog imagery that will be directly influencing my print design and paper engineering for these projects. First up, are some spreads from various publications designed by the Russian designer, Mikhail Pitertsev. He also has some nice package and interactive design, but these specifically caught my eye:

    So I don't read Russian but this type of format might be good for a statistical piece. Scientific info, annual report, numeric data...

    That could be an approach for the book/mag you want to put together.
